33 years old and I’d never heard a Neil Young song before last Thursday.

Gutted. I am gutted.

    Neil Young is simply awesome. You should buy Decade and listen to it religiously. He’s brilliant live too, check out the Last Waltz, where he’s totally coked up yet delivers an amazing performance. In fact that movie concert is legendary because of all the artists performing on it and to top it off directed by Martin Scorcese…

    I recommend ‘On the Beach’ and ‘Everybody Knows this is Nowhere’ as my favourite Neil Young albums.

    “After the Gold Rush” – my favourite

    “Decade” is a great compilation, got it on vinyl in the 80s. Love the nine minutes or so of “Cinnamon Girl”.

    I an DEFINITELY middle-aged !
