I think it's the crystalline nature of it, it grabs toxins and clears out the system. Good for tummy flus, too much alcohol (good to take if you're going to a work function where gambei is the order of the evening as prevention for xeroxing your nether regions), food poisoning, and those people with a tendency to emit noxious odours.

Water is also useful, as is a sauna or a hot yoga class.</description>
