Just got my iPod nano. It’s mayhem in the IFC Apple store. We secured ours as we put in an order for 47 of them and paid cash. That’s around HK$ 90,000 or around US$ 11,500.

i’ve got a 40gb ipod,. if i go and get a nano i can use both on the same p.c. with the same itunes music library right?
Would it be silly to ask why you bought 47 of them and paid in cash? Just for you and 46 of your closest friends?
Giles - Yes, but you would update the nano manually. Or I think you might be able to set it to fill it randomly, like the shuffle.
Richard - bought in bulk, got a discount. Not much though.
I got one for me and 4 for mates, the rest were for other people at work.

Not sure. They are in the IFC Apple store .. queues out of the door at lunchtime. Another shipment coming in tonight, but they could be all sold already. Not seen a black one yet either, they could be coming in tonight too.

Yeah, 47. I didn’t lay out the cash though, a mate did. I don’t have that sort of cash handy!
