bit busy

I’ve got too many deliverables and too short a timeline.

Why not sit in this ass?

Dog Poop Girl - interesting debate.

a woman recently refused to clean up her dog’s excrement on a subway in South Korea. Fellow travelers, obviously bothered by the new addition to the train, expressed their irritation. She did not yield. In the old days, that would have been the end of it. But today, when face-to-face persuasion fails, there’s a fallback plan: anonymous Internet humiliation.

Sounds good to me. Look at it this way, in the past people relied on not being exposed in order to escape accountability. All that has happened is that they are now accountable, as they should be.

But is the naming and shaming really going to have the desired effect? Because, relatively speaking, posting the image or story in an online blog, however popular, is not going reach anyone compared to a mainstream newspaper story. Blogs are just not that powerful.

Now, if it was a dancing baby, or singing frog with a small winkie, or a fat kid with a pretend lightsaber, then it spans the world in hours..

Kill the dog. Simple. No poop & one very upset owner - won’t do it again. Or kill the owner. Phuq it - kill the owner.

I think she is fair game.

The incident received a lot of eposure because of the use of acamera phone & the ease of publishing the details.

Imagine if this had happened 150 years ago & she had a dog in a horsedrawn carriage & refused to clean up after it took a dump on the floor. She would have been hoofed out the door onto the road sharpish & the yapping dog would have been right behind her.
