This is a link to the Singapore Immigration Authority. You’ll find all you need there. Basically, if your passport is NOT on that page, you should be good to go.

The airlines dun care about giving visa info; it’s not their job. But I’ve flown JetStar Asia. They’re not bad (although if you want ANYTHING, you gotta buy it).

You’ll have fun on Boat/Clarke Quay. And dun forget that Ya Kun makes good kaya toast and coffee. Great for hangover cure!

Oh yah, about JetStar Asia, the seat pitch is very small…

Definitely request the exit rows, they’re roomy but they don’t recline. A good trade off definitely…

Have a great time with ya mates, Shakester. Never tried Jetstar Asia myself but heard their seat pitch might be ‘a bit’ of a problem (oops). Maybe you want to read some of the reviews posted on http://www.airlinequality.com ?

    Hi to Snoop and Gunther.

    Shaky,
My Fav: Mohammed Sultan Road, there are a few places there but a Club/bar called CU might be along your lines, also bars called No5 (good place to start the evening), Que Pasa and Ice Cold are ok.
Dont go to the East Coast for food cos its a rip off and crap.
Try a night out in the Village….again lots to look at.
Orchard Towers…great fun, but the take out can be much more pricey than Fenwicks.
Boat/Clarke Quay bit touristy and tame but if you do go, try Attica, its a club, but a very happening place and lots of.. you know.. pretty/beautiful people…kinda place
Also try China Square, some pubs there as well.
You have to have a singapore sling at the “Long Bar” in Raffles. Very Very Touristy but so what, from there you can go to Club St but I hear thats not as happening as it was.
Also by 2 am everything is pretty much closed so start early…have fun!
