		<description>"Best regards" seems to be a very common phrase in e-mails from HK.

On a totally unrelated note, I watched a documentary about sky scrapers on tv and apparently if the two planes from 9/11 crashed into IFC One, it would still be standing after the incident.  It was also said that, the whole building can be evacuated in around 20 minutes.</description>
