We then switched to instant messenger and then phone. We didn’t have definite confirmation from Barneby, so waited. By the time we got the OK, the CX internet session had timed out. When Gudmond logged back in the flight was full! Apparently they take seats off the web site 3 hours before the flight. We missed it by 3 minutes. So Gudmond went down to buy them at the CX desk, but they were over $3k, so we didn’t bother.

Instead we went on a massive bender, well me, Hilton and Caspar got home at about 10 am. I woke up in some dodgy room above The White Stag. No bed sheets, no covers, no curtains and no clothes on the Balinese bird beside me. WTF!? Taxi!
