Yep, 16 episodes of Deadwood, 7 of West Wing and 41 of Sports Night. If you haven’t seen Deadwood, check it out you fuckin’ cocksucker. Oh yeah, but beware the swearing. I’ve never heard anything like it, and how they got away with the end of Series 1, episode 11 I do not know! Al is getting noshed off while rambling about killing the priest. Anyway, it’s crude and rude, but the dialogue is great. See what Spike had to say.

Aces over eights? Dead man’s hand:

In poker, the dead man’s hands are a category of two-pair hands, namely the “aces over eights” ones. The origin of the name is the five-card-draw hand held by Wild Bill Hickok at the time of his murder, which is accepted to have included the aces and eights of both of the black suits.

Wild Bill Hickok is one of the early main characters in Deadwood.
