   well, mate, u have to accept that Fiji displayed the most entertaining 7s rugby on the day and they deserved to win. they wanted to win and they didn’t pull any stops.

   unless you feel awful due to a completely debauched weekend and u hate going back to work. if so, i’m with you.

   Absolutely. Two of the tries in the final were worthy of winning any competition.

   I just feel like I’ve been run over by a truck.

   well, ladies and gents, its a nice 4-day Easter weekendthis coming weekend. we dont have to wait that long to start the debauchery again. at least for those who are not that spiritual…

   I remember saying Hello to y’ Shaky but I don’t remember much else.
   I didn’t actually hurt much yesterday. I felt numb with some dull aches and pains in the major joints and organs.
   4.10pm now and after going to the gym I seem to have something near a clear head; which is a first.

   The blazers etc were top - dead impressive.
