Only messing. Great game. Eight piece of piss kicked points missed. Gutting.

We had two scrum halves on at the end. No fly half on the bench. Henry Paul, as much as I love him for his HK 7s perfomances, was, erm, shite.

When was the last time we scored more tries than the opposition and lost!? Anyway, building.

Erm, did a bit of SMS recruitment last night (Thursday). Discussed this morning with a mate:

Me: “Forgot to tell you, recruited last night.”
Mate: “What?!”
Me: “Yeah, she came round, cooked me some dinner, did two weeks of dishes and laundry, and then some teamwork and a massage. Job’s a goodun.”
Mate: “What!? So selfish. I have dishes and laundry!”

So I’m still waiting for Duke Nukem Forever, what is it now, 10 years?

Anyway, Half Life 2 came out the other week so I bought it, you have to, as it has a pretty clever anti-piracy system.

It’s the best game I’ve ever played. See all the reviews here. The BBC says:

The bar has been raised, and so far out of sight that you have to sympathise with any game that tries to do anything remotely similar in the near future.

These are real photos of some underground flood prevention thing in Tokyo. Half Life 2 looks a bit like that.

And it scares the shit out of you.

the yankee dollar

The frickin’ US dollar. It’s at 1.326 to the Euro now.

Luckily moved my cash out of HK$ just before this current dollar slide, however, I get paid in HK$.

Any economists out there? The HK-US dollar peg, what’s the current thinking on letting it float?

So, blazer, helmet, badge and of course the bone/ivory trousers.

Anyone know an artist? I need a badge designing, well drawing.

It’s for the MLCCC blazer badge. Motto to read (in Latin) “In Bambini We Trust” together with club emblem (pint with 2 crossed cricket bats) with name: “Mid-Levels Corridor Cricket Club. Est. 2004″

pax

When used for the number of poeple going to an event like a party, meeting or a meal.

E.g.

Where : 憶江南 (Yi Jiang Nan) – We’ve got the whole place to ourselves.
What : $300 per pax
Why : Why?! We don’t need to have a reason to organise a wonderful party for wonderful people!

Pax means passengers you caaaaaants, we are not going anywhere. It’s not a boat or a plane, use ‘person’ you twarpat or you won’t be thinking I’m so foooking wonderful.
