cathay

Cathay’s online booking service requires IE or Netscape. Or Internet Exploder and Netscrape as some, er, geeks call them. Ridiculous. So I sent a feedback thingy and got a speedy response:

Dear Mr. Kaiser Shaky,

Thank you for your email.

We regret you could only view and enjoy all of our online services if you use IE or Netscape at the moment. Nonetheless, we would certainly include your suggestion in our website enhancement plan.

Please accept our apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Best regards,

Esther

Not bad, wonder if anything will come of it? In the meantime, I’ll be accepting her apologize.
