Later.
But, I’m currently listening to “Last Goodbye” by Jeff Buckley.
Talking of Jeff Buckley songs, Hallelujah (actually a Leonard Cohen cover) is used amazingly in an episode of The West Wing (third season finale). The story, cinematography and music all combine to bring a tear to your eye.
Then there is the penultimate episode in the fourth season. Angel by Massive Attack. Always a tune I thought needed visuals. In this episode - stunning.
That’s the episode that caused me to be up until 5am the other night.

just so i can find my bearings… series two ends with brother in arms and a thunderstorm, right? series three - i’ve seen it, please r4emind me of the ending so i can gird my loins for series 4 so to speak.
Yes, Brothers In Arms, end of series two. Two Cathedrals …
Mrs Laningham, MS revalations, are you going to run again?, hands in his pockets. Oh yes.
Series 3 - a theatre trip, Bartlett meets his opponent, something about “gee, violence, I don’t know” and kicking asses. CJ is flirting with the Secret Service agent looking after her, …. shop robbery. Hallelujah
Oh did I sob my heart out during that Series 3 finale.
Tearing up now just thinking about it.
Mia, I believe you might have also heard it when I provided that link to KCRW’s Morning Becomes Eclectic, where you can hear K.D. Lang’s live studio performance of said song.
