Watched The Day After Tomorrow, thanks to Bittorrent, tonight. It’s a reasonable watch, but I was yawning a bit halfway through, I don’t think it’s a spoiler for me to say none of the major characters die, it’s just not going to happen. Still it’s not too bad and has great special effects.
After that, I fancied watching some real weather, so watched the first part of one of my recent purchases, Wild Weather. It was the episode on wind. Pretty impressive wind tunnel action, reminiscent of me getting blown out in Dusk Till Dawn. Did you know the Japanese discovered the jet stream, well, maybe they did, and used it to bomb America in WWII?
Other new things include:
Bill McLaren - Rugby At Its Best
Rugby World Cup: The Final
A History of Britain
D-Day June 6, 1944
Gravity’s Rainbow
The Autobiography
Bowling For Columbine
Hitler: The Rise of Evil

where on earth did you get the bill mclaren DVD from? got to get a copy of that.
Smallville series 2 is out and about in the shops and on Kazza
Giles - Bill Mclaren vid - Amazon, but I saw it in HMV in Causeway Bay
Tyler - I’m a Smallville nerd, er, I’ve seen all of series 1/2/3
Great show - just starting on Series 2. But it does beg the big question Chloe or Lana and are either of them as gorgeous as Liz in Roswell…
Chloe reminds me a lot of Watts in the film Some Kind of Wonderful
Hmmm, I always think Lana, but then sometimes her voice annoys me. Never seen Roswell though.
